Digital Conviction traveled to the Mexican state of Oaxaca to carry out its mission: to install computers in one of the poorest regions in Mexico. Obtained as donations from Univision, over 40 computers were stowed in a truck and taken to the mountains of Oaxaca, where Digital Conviction visited a total of six schools that needed them. The kids at these schools were astonished to see these machines, which were foreign to them. Digital Conviction, as part of its endeavor, took some time to instruct the children in using the computers (which had Microsoft Office and Encarta installed so as to serve as educational tools).
